Why we built it

 

Earlier this year, we ran Australia's first pilot study into how brands are represented inside large language models — ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. What we found confirmed what many comms professionals have been sensing but couldn't yet measure.

LLMs are actively shaping brand perception. They draw heavily on owned media over earned coverage. They have a long memory, surfacing issues from years ago with the same weight as recent ones. And they're operating largely outside the visibility of traditional media monitoring.

In short: there's a conversation happening about your clients' brands inside AI platforms, and right now, most PR teams have no way to see it unless they pay for additional platforms cutting into that precious budget.

What does this mean for media and PR professionals?
