Michael began his career in the Royal Australian Navy before taking communications roles in both Australia and the UK. After four years at one of Australia’s leading public affairs consultancies, he was appointed the Senior Graduate Research Fellow at the American University School of Communication in Washington DC, where he completed his Masters in Communication.
Upon his return to Australia, Michael established the Media Research Group (MRG) in 1997. MRG became one of Australia’s leading media monitoring and analysis companies employing more than 40 staff. MRG was acquired by AAP in 2007. Michael stayed on as Managing Director and assumed responsibility for the Medianet business in 2013.
Sarah has spent two decades working in media, marketing, public relations and business management. Prior to her career in media and PR software, Sarah worked in marketing and loyalty for several multinational travel brands.
After joining Medianet in 2006, Sarah held several marketing roles including Head of Marketing for Australian Associated Press. She was appointed the General Manager of Medianet in 2013. Sarah leads the commercial operation including account services, marketing, operations, media research and newsroom relations.
With more than 18 years experience in media and customer service, Katrina oversees the operations of Medianet’s product suite. Katrina brings a strong customer focus to the role following 7 years managing Medianet’s Client Services team, where consistent high quality service was paramount.
As a product expert, Katrina is committed to continuous development of technologies for both staff and customers.
Oliver has more than 15 years of account management experience working with business, finance and government clients.
He has been applying that experience with Medianet for more than eight years, offering his clients insights and comprehensive support in the dynamic and fast-moving communications industry.
Shannon has more than 10 years experience in marketing strategy across the advertising and media industry. She has led the optimisation and implementation of effective strategic marketing campaigns, focussing on innovation and collaboration.
Shannon is client-focused, forging productive relationships, coordinating overall strategies, of marketing solutions while driving audience engagement with a creative approach.
