Michael has more than 25 years of local and international experience in media, politics, corporate affairs and communication consultancy.
He established his own business, The Media Research Group (MRG) in 1996 which was acquired by Medianet in 2007.
Today, nearly 20 years after its establishment, MRG is a trusted advisor to many of Australia’s leading government, business and community organisations.
Michael has lectured in communications and research at RMIT and the University of Technology in Sydney, at both undergraduate and graduate level.
Medianet’s General Manager, Sarah Higgins, is an experienced business and marketing professional with over 12 years’ experience in media, marketing and public relations.
Sarah has worked with several multinational brands and with the media throughout her career, since gaining a BA in Business.
Sarah manages the Medianet and Directories teams across account services, media and PR insights, newsroom relations, marketing and everyday operations.
Client Services Manager
With more than 10 years experience in media and customer service, Katrina manages the day-to-day operations of Medianet’s Client Services team.
She brings a strong customer focus to this role, ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered to our clients. Katrina is one of our product experts, as well as a popular trainer across all industry sectors for all internal staff and clients.
Oliver has over 15 years’ account management experience working with business, finance and government clients. He has been applying that experience with Medianet for three years, offering his clients insights and comprehensive support in the dynamic and fast-moving communications industry.
