How do I manage my account?

Take full control by reviewing and editing your own account information.

As an Admin User, you can update your details by logging into your Medianet account and clicking on 'My Account' at the top of the page.  

  • Account Details: change account details such as organisation name, organisation address, timezone, organisation industry and ABN.
  • Users: view and invite users to your organisation's account (available only to subscribers of select plans).
  • Subscription: view your plan details, including subscription and billing terms and remaining allocations or change your plan.

Please note that only users with Admin access will have the right to manage an account.
