How do I manage my account?

Take full control by reviewing and editing your own account information.

To update your details, log into your Medianet account and navigate to the ‘My account’ page by clicking on your name from the menu on the homepage. You'll find three separate tabs with the following categories:

  • Account Details: change account details such as organisation name, organisation address, timezone, organisation industry and ABN.
  • Users: see and invite users to your organisation's account (available only to subscribers of select plans).
  • Subscription: view your plan details, including subscription and billing terms and remaining allocations or change your plan.

Please note that only users with Admin access will have the right to manage an account.
