How do I reset my Medianet password?
For first-time logins or if you have forgotten your password, you will be required to reset your password to access the Medianet platform.
To reset your password

- Go to the Medianet login page and click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link located below the ‘Email Address’ field.
- Enter the email address associated with your Medianet account and click ‘Send verification code’.
- If an account exists for the email address provided, a verification code will be sent to that email address.
- Copy the verification code from the email, paste it into the input field on the login page, and click ‘Verify’.
- Once the code has been successfully verified, click ‘Continue’.
- Enter your ‘New Password’, then re-enter it in the ‘Confirm New Password’ field.
- Click ‘Continue’. If your passwords match and meet the minimum password requirements (see below), you will be logged into your Medianet account.
Password requirements
Your password must:
- Be between 8 and 16 characters in length
- Include characters from at least 3 of the following 4 groups:
- Lowercase letters (a-z)
- Uppercase letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (symbols)

@ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ~ " ( ) ; .
Please note:
- A period/full stop (.) is allowed, provided it is not immediately followed by an @ symbol.
