How do I reset my password?

Reset your password if you get locked out of your Medianet account.

If you've forgotten your password, the only way of regaining access is through a password reset. To do that, go to Medianet’s login page and click the ‘Forgotten password?’ link below the password field. You will be taken to our Password Reset page.

Enter the email address to your Medianet account and click ‘Reset’. If there is an account associated with the email address you have provided, an email will be sent to you with a password reset link. Check your email and use the link inside the message we have sent. It will take you to a password reset form, where you will need to provide a new password to your account. As soon as you're done, you can go back to the login page and log in using your new password. 

Subscribers can now login once and access all of Medianet’s services, from distribution to the contacts database - all on the one platform.
