How do I report that a media contact profile is out of date?

Our team of local in-house researchers update our Contacts Database regularly to ensure that contact details are accurate.

Journalists often change their outlets and their contact details can become outdated very quickly. If you come across a contact that you believe may be not up to date, you can report it directly within the Contacts Database on the platform:

  1. Click on the journalist's contact profile that you believe requires an update
  2. Click the ‘Suggest Update’ button at the top right-hand corner of the profile page
  3. Specify the reason for the contact update such as position changed, outlet closed, left the industry, maternity leave or simply email bounce-back. 
  4. Our research team will investigate it and confirm the contact details within 48 business hours.
