Media alert: Protecting Ballarat's next generation from gambling harm through sport

Protecting Ballarat’s next generation

from gambling harm through sport

The Victorian Budget, announced on Monday, allocated $153 million over four years to tackle gambling harm through better prevention, treatment, support and behaviour change programs throughout the state.

One of the Foundation’s most successful initiatives is our Love the Game Sporting Club Program, which comprises more than 400 sporting club partners, including all 10 Victorian AFL teams, AFL Victoria, leagues and commissions, and community clubs.

Media are invited to attend presentations on what the Budget means for gambling harm, especially in regional Victoria, and how Ballarat is involved in Love the Game.
